Metsis Media provides marketing, advertising, lead generation, website development, automation, consulting, and related digital marketing services.

Specific services and deliverables will be outlined in separate client agreements when applicable.

No Guarantees

While we strive to deliver exceptional results, Metsis Media does not guarantee:

• Specific revenue increases

• Specific lead volume

• Specific appointment volume

• Specific advertising performance

• Specific rankings or business outcomes

Results depend on numerous factors outside our control.

Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

• Provide accurate information

• Provide timely feedback

• Maintain access to required business assets

• Comply with applicable laws and regulations

Failure to provide necessary cooperation may affect results and project timelines.

Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

• Metsis Media retains ownership of proprietary systems, methodologies, templates, frameworks, and internal processes.

• Clients retain ownership of their trademarks, branding, and business assets.

• Upon full payment, clients receive rights to deliverables specifically created for them.

Payments

Fees, billing schedules, and payment terms are outlined in individual agreements.

Late payments may result in:

• Service suspension

• Project delays

• Additional fees where permitted by law

Refund Policy

Unless otherwise stated in a signed agreement, payments are non-refundable.

Any guarantees offered by Metsis Media will be governed solely by the written terms of the applicable agreement.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Metsis Media shall not be liable for:

• Lost profits

• Lost revenue

• Lost business opportunities

• Indirect damages

• Consequential damages

• Special damages

Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid to Metsis Media for services during the preceding three months.

Third-Party Platforms

Our services may involve third-party platforms including advertising networks, CRM systems, software providers, social media platforms, and other services.

We are not responsible for outages, policy changes, account suspensions, or actions taken by third-party providers.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend services at any time for:

• Violation of these Terms

• Non-payment

• Fraudulent activity

• Illegal activity

• Abuse of our staff or systems

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Metsis Media from claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time.
